Fastsend Parcels started in 2011 with two vans and a leased bay on Commerce Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Fifteen years later we run 38 regional hubs, 142 dedicated vehicles and a dispatch desk that answers in under 40 seconds.
How we operate
Most parcels fail in the gaps between handovers. We built our network around fewer handovers: one pickup scan, one line-haul, one delivery scan, with exception handling owned by a named dispatcher rather than a queue.
Every shipment carries $1M cargo cover as standard, and every Air Express leg is carbon-offset through verified US reforestation credits. Our drivers are employees, not gig contractors — that single decision is why our on-time rate sits at 99.2%.
